MINUTES OF PREVIOUS MEETING AND MATTERS ARISING

The Board recognises its error that in prior years we haven’t held an AGM, however we retrospectively approve the business that has been carried out to date.

Declaration of officers

The board structure is as follows and the register of members will be updated to reflect this.

It is noted that Karen Chapman and Shirley Sunderland whilst not directors, are members.

Financial Report

Draft accounts to 31-Mar-2013 were approved and will be submitted to companies house and the charities commission in the usual manner.
