Many of you will have heard the news stories regarding the spread of the Coronavirus and the actions that some countries have taken in order to try and stop the spread of the disease, including the closure of sports and leisure centres.  We are taking advice from the Public Health England website with regard to this and the precautions that can be taken. We will not be closing the centre unless notified by Public Health England, however, should any centre user have to self-isolate, please inform your personal coach and, if appropriate, and if the gymnast is well enough, an at-home conditioning program plus skill specific exercises will be provided for the gymnasts affected.

May we also take this opportunity to ask all centre users (gymnasts, coaches and spectators) to wash your hands thoroughly before and after the session. Please also take a moment to read the NHS’ advice regarding self-isolation
