Hi. For next Friday only (1st November) Judith's Intermediate Group will be training from 2-5pm. This is because we have a specialist dancer coming to teach dance with us.

The '5's & under drop in' will run from Tuesday 29th October - Sunday 3rd November. Sessions are 9 - 10 am & 10 - 11 am each day. No need to book & only £3 per child.

Cirque du Soleil performers and ex gymnasts visited the club and trained alongside our boys squad over the weekend. The boys found it inspirational watching these former Olympians showcase their skills in a gym environment.
