Problems with email?

Hi, we have had some reports from parents to say they’re not receiving emails from us. These tend to be from people that have Outlook email accounts (hotmails, outlook, Live, msn).

If you are a parent of an Academy Gymnast and haven’t received an email from us in the past month or so, or if you have filled out our online contact form and have not received a reply, please would you add us to your ‘safe senders?’

Log into your email

Click on the ‘gear’ shaped icon

Click ‘options’

Click ‘safe and blocked senders’

Type into the box

Click ‘add to list’
